The points are well taken, but for the first question, how does a MOOC ensure interaction with students to ensure quality teaching and learning. I think it depends on different courses, for example, some quantitative classes only need to assign appropriate classroom-related homework to students. Students go home to practice what they have learned in class and make sure that every student can complete the assignments on time so that the quality of the course will not be affected. However, for classes that require a high level of interaction between the instructor and students, online delivery poses some problems and does not ensure that every student can participate in the class. For these classes, I think it is possible to have group discussions in the classroom to allow students to interact with each other before the students rather than just the teacher.
My opinion on which is better, online or offline classes, is that I think offline courses are better. Because from my experience with online classes, I found it hard to concentrate in online classes because the classroom and home environment were different and I felt that there was no learning atmosphere. Some of the classes are very interactive, such as writing classes, and not being able to interact with the teacher face to face makes it very difficult for me to learn.
